| dc.description.abstract | " هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى وجود أثر للعدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاثة (التوزيعية، الإجرائية والتعاملية) على الثقة التنظيمية وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الكمي والذي يناسب هذه الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 101عاملا في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز فرع جامعة بولاية ولاية الوادي بحيث تم تفريغ و تحليل البيانات المحصل عليها باستخدام برنامج الإحصائي( SPSS) . وباعتماد على تحليل الانحدار المتعدد تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة، والتي كانت نتائجها تفيد بوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية ومستوى عالي للعدالة التنظيمية على الثقة التنظيمية على مستوى مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز فرع جامعة بولاية الوادي ويرجع هذا الأثر لبعدي العدالة الإجرائية و العدالة التعاملية دون العدالة التوزيعية. "" This study aimed to determine the extent to which organizational justice has an impact in its three dimensions (distributional, procedural and transactional) on confidence regulatory and has been followed a quantitative descriptive approach that fits these .The study, where a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 101 workers at Sublegal Valley State Branch so that it was unloaded and analyzed Data obtained using the SPSS statistical program, based on multiple regression analysis, tested the study's hypotheses, The results indicated a statistically significant and high level of regulatory justice on the regulatory confidence at the Sonlgaz level. This effect is due to the dimensions of procedural and dealing justice without distributive justice." | en_US |
