Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المقاولاتية في ترقية المؤسسات الناشئة في ظل جهود الدولة الجزائرية الرامية للنهوض بهذا القطاع باعتباره سبيلا لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال قدرة هذه المؤسسات على المساهمة في زيادة الطاقات الإنتاجية واستيعاب اليد العاملة كما تعتبر مصدرا للإبداع والابتكار، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتقييم دور المقاولاتية في ترقية وتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة وتم تسليط الضوء على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب وكالة الوادي كدراسة حالة للفترة الممتدة من 2010 إلى2019، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن الوكالة لها دور فعال في بعث الاقتصاد الوطني وإنعاشه محليا ووطنيا وإعطاء فرصة للشباب لإنشاء مشاريع ناشئة وتعزيز القدرات الإنتاجية من خلال دورها في دعم ومرافقة وتمويل هذه المؤسسات.This study conducts the significance role that entrepreneurship plays at promoting startups as part of the Algerian government efforts to enlarge the social and economic status. These startups work to increase the industry productivity besides their ability to provide labour. It is also considered to be a source of creativity and innovation. In this study we adopt the descriptive approach to evaluate the role of entrepreneurship plays in establishing and developing startups. The case study took place in the National Agency of Youth Employment Support of El Oued throughout the years of 2010 and 2019. As a result the study confirms the substitutional role the agency conducts in reviving the national economy by giving the young people the opportunity to initiate their own projects and expand their productivity. In addition to that the agency is keen to provide the needed support by funding and following up with the startups.
