جهود مكتب تنسيق التعريب في توحيد المصطلح اللساني العربي بين الواقع والمأمول

Abstract

يُعد المصطلح العلمي جزءا من قضية مصيرية بالنسبة للأمة العربية من خليجها إلى محيطها؛ فهو أساس حركة التعريب في بعدها السياسي والاجتماعي والفكري والثقافي، وقد اختلف العرب في الكيفية التي يجب أن يكون عليها التعريب في مستواه العام، وليس المصطلح إلا زاوية حاسمة منه. أنشأت المجامع اللغوية لمحاولة تعريب العلوم المختلفة. ثم أسس 'مكتب تنسيق التعريب'؛ ليُعنى بتنسيق جهود هذه المجامع في مجال تعريب المصطلحات الحديثة، والمساهمة الفعالة في إيجاد أنجع السبل لاستعمال اللغة العربية في الحياة العامة، ومتابعة حركة التعريب في جميع التخصصات العلمية والتقنية، وفي سبيل ذلك عمل على نشر المعاجم التي أقرتها مؤتمرات التعريب، ومن بين هذه المعاجم المعجم الموحد لمصطلحات اللسانيات؛ والذي يُعد ثمرة طيبة في سبيل توحيد المصطلح اللساني، لكنه كأي عمل بشري له مزايا وعليه نقائص. ويبقى المعجم الموحد لمصطلحات اللسانيات غير متداول بين الباحثين العرب بسبب غياب السلطة الملزمة لمكتب تنسيق التعريب باستخدام مصطلحاته وتداولها. The scientific term is part of a crucial question for the Arab nation, from its golf to its ocean. It is the basis of the Arabization movement in its political, social, intellectual and cultural dimension. A Linguistic academies have been created to Arabize the different sciences; Then an " bureau of coordination of Arabization " was formed to coordinate the efforts of these academies in the field of Arabization of modern terminology and effectively contribute to finding the means to use the Arabic language in our live and the follow-up of the Arabization movement in the scientific and technical disciplines and hence he worked on the publication of the dictionaries approved by the arabization conferences, such as the” Unified dictionary of linguistic terms”, which is a fruit for the good Unification of linguistic terms, however it has advantages and disadvantages. Due to the absence of binding authority for " bureau of coordination of Arabization " to enforce and follow-up the use of the proposed terms, the “Unified dictionary of linguistic terms” remains non-current among researchers.
