ضغوط العمل و علاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية. ولتحقيق الهدف المرجو اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي أنه يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة, وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 98 معلما ومعلمة بإبتدائيات المقاطعة الثانية ببلدية الدبيلة ولاية الوادي, وتم اختيارهم بطريقة الحصر الشامل, واستخدمت الدراسة مقياسين: مقياس ضغوط العمل لابن خرور خير الدين (2010) ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي لجواد الشيخ خليل وعزيزة شريرعبد الله (2007). ولتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم الأسلوب الإحصائي التالي بتطبيق نظام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون للكشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا عن الجوانب المادية لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا عن الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا عن العمل وظروفه لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا عن العلاقة بين المسئولين لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية.

The present study aimed to identify the relationship between work pressures and job satisfaction among primary school teachers. In order to achieve the desired objective, the present study relied on the descriptive descriptive approach that fits with the nature of the study.

The study used two measures: the measure of work pressure of Ibn Kharr Khairuddin (2010) and the measure of job satisfaction of Jawad Sheikh Khalil and Aziza Sharirabdullah2007)). In order to verify the hypotheses of the study, the following statistical method was applied by applying the statistical package system for social sciences: Pearson correlation coefficient to detect a statistically significant correlation between jobpressures and job satisfaction. The study found the following results: - There is a negative correlational relation between the work pressures and satisfaction with the physical aspects of primary school teachers.applied to a sample of 98 teachers - here was no statistically significant correlation between work pressure and self-satisfaction among primary school teachers. - There is a negative correlational relation between the work pressure and satisfaction with the work conditions in primary school teachers. - There is a negative correlational relation between the work pressures and the satisfaction of the relationship between the officials of the primary stage teachers. - There is an inverse correlative relationship with a statistical function between the work pressures and job satisfaction of primary school teachers.
