دور الثقافة في بناء هوية المجتمعات: بين ضرورات التحفظ ودواعي الإنفتاح

Abstract

تعبر الثقافة عن مجموع الأفكار والقيم والعادات وطبيعة العلاقات وحتى الروابط العاطفية بين أفراد جماعة بشرية معينة، وبهذا المعنى فإن الثقافة هي موجود مكتسب وليس فطري في الفرد، وهذا ما يجعلها قابلة للتغيير بكسب قيم ومعارف جديدة والتنازل عن أخرى حسب الجو العام السائد الذي تعكسه طبيعة البنية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمجتمع من جهة، وحسب درجة علاقة الفرد بهذه الجماعة "المجتمع" وتوجهاته وتطلعاته وتأثره ببيئته من جهة أخرى. وفي صورة مقاربة فإن الهوية هي الأخرى مركب اجتماعي معياري مكتسب، قابل للنمو والتطور والتغيير بناء على مجموعة من المحددات ووفق سياقات معينة زمانية ومكانية، فالهوية هي شعور وجداني يحدد ارتباط الفرد بوطنه ومجتمعه وجماعته من خلال محددات ثقافية مؤثرة. في ظل هذا التقارب بين المفهومين نبحث في هذه الورقة البحثية العلاقة بين الهوية والثقافة ودور هذه الأخيرة في بناء الأولى. ABSTRACT Culture expresses the totality of ideas, values, customs, nature of relationships, and even emotional bonds between members of a particular human group. In this sense, culture is an acquired and not an innate existence in the individual, which makes it subject to change by gaining new values and knowledge and relinquishing others according to the general atmosphere reflected by the nature of the structure Social and economic aspects of society, on the one hand, and according to the degree of the individual's relationship with the community, its orientations and aspirations, and its impact on its environment on the other. On the other hand, identity is also a normative social compound acquired, capable of growth, development and change based on a set of determinants and in certain temporal and spatial contexts. Identity is a sentimental feeling that determines the individual's connection to his country, society and community through influential cultural determinants. In light of this convergence between the two concepts, we examine in this paper the relationship between identity and culture and the role of the latter in building the first.
