Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على عوامل نجاح أو فشل تنفيذ نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ( ERP ) من خلال استهداف مؤسسة اتصال الجزائر، ونخص بالذكر وكالة الاتصال بالوادي، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 40 موظف من مستعملي نظام ERP داخل المؤسسات، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على إجراء المقابلات، والاستبيان، ووثائق المؤسسة من أجل التعرف على واقع هذا النظام بين نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة والعوامل المساهمة في نجاح أو فشل تنفيذه ؛ ولتحليل الاستبيان تم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي باستخدام برنامج SPSS V22، وكان من بين أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هو انه يوجد استخدام للجميع وحدات نظام ERP في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وان هذه الأخيرة ترتكز على مؤشرات معينة من أجل نجاح تنفيذ النظام، وتختلف من حيث الأهمية والاعتماد عن تلك المتوصل إليها في الدراسات السابقة، كما أظهرت النتائج شمولية تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) لكافة الأقسام الرئيسية للمؤسسة وأن كل من الإدارة العليا ، موردي النظام ، فاعلية المستخدم النهائي وقسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ساهمت في نجاح تنفيذ نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة محل الدراسة.This study aimed to identify the factors of success or failure of the implementation of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by targeting the Algeria Communications Corporation, and in particular the El Oued Communication Agency. Interviews, questionnaire, and enterprise documents in order to identify the reality of this system between the enterprise resource planning system and the factors contributing to the success or failure of its implementation; In order to analyze the questionnaire, it was relied on descriptive statistical analysis using the SPSS V22 program, and among the most important results we reached is that there is a use of all units of the ERP system in the institution under study, and that the latter is based on certain indicators for the success of the implementation of the system, and they differ in terms of The importance and dependence on those reached in previous studies, as the results showed the comprehensiveness of the application of the ERP system to all the main departments of the organization and that the senior management, system suppliers, the effectiveness of the end user and the information technology department, contributed to the success of the implementation of the ERP system The place of study.
