العولمة التربوية وانعكاساتها على المدرسة الجزائرية

Abstract

لقد كشفت الدراسة عن مفهوم العولمة التّربويّة ومظاهرها وأهدافها، كما بيّنت التّحديات الخارجية والدّاخليّة الّتي تواجه المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية، منها التدخلات الغربيّة في نظام التربية والتعليم والمناهج لتغييرها، إلى جانب استهداف الهوية الثقافية والمرجعية، والدّور الإعلامي المناهض لدور المدرسة، الثقافة المادية للعولمة، افتقاد الفلسفة التربوية الإسلامية، تدني نوعية التعليم، غياب المعلم القدوة. أما سبل مواجهة العولمة التربوية، فتتلخّص في التحصين الثقافي بتعزيز البناء العقيدي، والاهتمام باللغة كوعاء للثقافة والهوية، وإصلاح مناهج التعليم وفق رؤية ثقافية عربية إسلامية، وتنمية ثقافة الأمة بنفسها، والاستخدام الآمن لشبكة الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلى تطوير الإعلام ليأخذ دوره الصحيح، إلى جانب الاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة للتعليم، وإشراك المجتمع في العملية التربوية، والأخذ بمفهوم التربية المستدامة، لتحقيق الجودة في التعليم وإعداد المعلم القدوة، والأخذ بالمفاهيم الحديثة للتقويم. The study revealed the concept of educational globalization, its manifestations and objectives.It also showed the external and internal challenges facing educational institutions, including Western interventions in the education system and the curricula to change them, and to targeting cultural identity and reference, the role of media against the role of the school, the material culture of globalization, lack of philosophy. Islamic education, low quality of education, the absence of role models teacher. The means of confronting educational globalization are summarized in the cultural immunization through the promotion of ideological construction, interest in language as a container for culture and identity, reform of educational curricula according to an Arab-Islamic cultural vision, the development of the nation's culture itself, the safe use of the Internet, in addition to developing the media to take its rightful role. Modern technologies for education, and the involvement of society in the educational process, and the introduction of the concept of sustainable education, to achieve quality in education and teacher preparation role models, and the introduction of modern concepts of evaluation.
