"أثر إدارة المعرفة على تنمية رأس المال البشري دراسة ميدانية في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز - الوادي "

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تنمية رأس المال البشري في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز سونلغاز-الوادي، حيث تمَّ قياس إدارة المعرفة كمتغير مستقل بأربعة أبعاد : توليد المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، كما تمَّ تحديد أبعاد المتغير التابع -رأس المال البشري- والتي تمثلت في : استقطاب رأس المال البشري، تكوين وتطوير رأس المال البشري والمحافظة على رأس المال البشري. تمَّ الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع 60 استبيان على عينة الدراسة، و بالاعتماد على مخرجات برنامجSPSS تم التوصُّل إلى النتائج التالية :مستوى إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسة مرتفع، كما أنَّ مستوى تنمية رأس المال البشري في مرتفع، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لعمليات إدارة المعرفة في تنمية رأس المال البشري في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.This study aimed to find out the extent to which knowledge management contributes to the development of human capital in the Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate-ELOUED, where knowledge management was measured as an independent variable in four dimensions: knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, knowledge application, and the variable dimensions were determined. Subsequent - human capital - which was represented in: attracting human capital, forming and developing human capital, and preserving human capital. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for data collection, as 60 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and based on the outputs of the SPSS program, the following results were reached: The level of knowledge management in the organization is high, and the level of human capital development is high, in addition to the presence of an impact Positive for knowledge management processes in the development of human capital in the institution under study.
