This study aimed to reveal the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic compatibility in college students who are about to graduate. The study was conducted based on the analytical descriptive approach, where the emotional intelligence scale was prepared by Eston. Et al2004 and the academic compatibility scale prepared by Adili (2016). Both tools were applied to a sample of 135 students who were chosen intentionally. Finally, the study concluded that there is a correlation between emotional intelligence and academic compatibility in students who are about to graduate. - There are no statistically significant differences in the academic compatibility of students about to graduate by gender. - There are no statistically significant differences in the academic compatibility of students about to graduate, by specialization. - There are statistically significant differences in the academic compatibility of students who are about to graduate, depending on grade level. Cette étude visait à révéler la relation entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et la compatibilité académique chez les étudiants qui sont sur le point d'obtenir leur diplôme, L'étude a été menée sur la base de l'approche descriptive analytique, où l'échelle d'intelligence émotionnelle a été préparée par "Eston. Et al2004 et l'échelle de la compatibilité académique préparée par "Adili" (2016). Les deux outils ont été appliqués à un échantillon de 135 hommes et étudiantes qui ont été choisies de manière intentionnelle. des étudiants de license, master, et doctorat à l'Université Martyr Hama Lakhdar à El-oued dans les filières suivantes : psychologie, sciences de l'éducation, sociologie. Enfin, l'étude a conclu qu'il existe une corrélation entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et compatibilité académique chez les étudiants qui sont sur le point d'obtenir leur diplôme. - Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans la compatibilité académique des étudiants sur le point d'obtenir leur diplôme selon le sexe. - Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans la compatibilité académique des étudiants sur le point d'obtenir leur diplôme, selon la spécialisation. - Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans la compatibilité académique des étudiants qui sont sur le point d'obtenir leur diplôme, selon le niveau scolaire
