واقع الأداء المهني للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل ازدواجية أدوارها الأكاديمية والإدارية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف واقع الأداء المهني للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل ازدواجية أدوارهالأكاديمية والإدارية في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الوادي، وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل الذي تم طرحه والذي كانله تساؤل الرئيسي تمثل في أن ما هو واقع الأداء البيداغوجي للأستاذ الجامعي في ضل ازدواجية أدواره الأكاديمية والإدارية؟، أما فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات فقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان الإلكتروني (نماذج قوقل)، حيث تم تصميمه متضمنا (16) بندا توزعت على محورين، ولقد تم تطبيق الاستبيانالإلكتروني على عينة ضمت الأساتذة الإداريين في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الوادي، حيث قدر حجمها (16) أستاذ أداري، موزعين في المناصب الإدارية الأتية: (عميد الكلية، نائب العميد، رئيس قسم، نائب رئيس قسم)، تم تفريغ البيانات في جداول وتعليق عليها وتفسيرها ومناقشتها. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها أن يوجد تأثير سلبي بين الأداء المهني وازدواجية الدورللأستاذ الجامعي،حيث بين النتائج بأن هناك تأثير سلبي في واقع الأداء البيداغوجي في ظل ازدواجية الدور، كما أن هناك أيضا تأثير سلبي في الأداء البحثي للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل ازدواجية أدواره الأكاديمية والإدارية، حيث تخلص النتائج بان الأستاذ الجامعي يـأثر سلبا في ظل ازدواجية الدور.

The current study aimed to identify the reality of the professional performance of the University professor in light of the duplication of his academic and administrative roles at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar - El Oued, based on the question that was raised, which had the main question was that what is the reality of the pedagogical performance of the University professor As for the data collection tools, the electronic questionnaire (Google Forms) was relied on, as it was designed to include (16) items distributed on two axes, and the electronic questionnaire was applied to a sample that included administrative professors at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Al-Shaheed University The size of the department was estimated at (16) administrative professors, distributed in the following administrative positions: (dean of the faculty, vice dean, head of Department, deputy head of department), the data was unpacked into tables, commented on, interpreted and discussed. The study has reached the most important results, the most important of which is that there is a negative impact between the professional performance and the dual role of the University professor, where the results showed that there is a negative impact in the reality of pedagogical performance in light of the dual role, and there is also a negative impact on the research performance of the University professor in light of the duplication of his academic and administrative roles, where the results conclude that the University professor is negatively affected in light of the dual role..
