Abstract
تشكل ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي خطرا كبيرا على المجتمع واهدارا للطاقات البشرية ولميزانية الدولة بصفة عامة ، كما تساهم في انتشار البطالة و الانحراف، والملاحظ ان اغلب التلاميذ خاصة الذكور يتسربون قبل الانتهاء من المرحلة التعليمية لأسباب عديدة منها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتربوية و الاسرية ،وتبرز خطورة الظاهرة من خلال تداعياتها النفسية على الطالب و على الأسرة و تنبثق اهمية الموضوع من اخطار الظاهرة ،وما ينجر عنها من تداعيات على توجه الفرد وتعرضه للانحراف و البطالة وهو ما يؤدي الى عرقلة مسار التنمية في المجتمع و الهدف هو ايجاد حلول للظاهرة و التصدي لها .School dropout phenomenon Is great danger to society and wastes human energies and
state budget in general.it also contributes to the spread of un employment and deviation.
And the viewer is that most of the students are male drop out before completing the
educational stage in variols causes, economic, social, educational and familial causes.
The seriousness of the phenomenon is highlighted through its psychological repercussion
on the student and the family,the importance of the topic stems from the dangers of the
phenomenon its repercussions on the individuals attitude and exposure to delinquency and un
employment, this leads to obstructing the path of development in society and the gool is to
find solution to the phenomenon and address it .so ,
