الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية بمدينة تبسة نشاط فوج الأمل

Abstract

استطاع رجال جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين في تبسة من تكثيف نشاطاتهم وبمختلف الوسائل؛ كان منها انشاء وتكوين الأفواج الكشفية، وذلك قصد تربية وتوجيه وتأطير أكبر عدد ممكن من الشباب التبسي. عرفت مدينة تبسة ميلاد فوج الأمل للكشافة الاسلامية سنة 1938 برئاسة الشريف أحمد شاوش والعربي التبسي. تمكن الأمل من التغلغل داخل المجتمع وساهم بدور كبير في تنشيط الحركة الوطنية، وذلك من خلال النشاطات التي كان ينظمها سواء محليا أو وطنيا أو حتى دوليا. عرف الفوج مجلس إدارة مسير من طرف أعيان المدينة كالصادق بوذراع وعبد الحفيظ قصري. محمد سني، وعبد الحفيظ مسقلجي؛ والذين كان دورهم فعالا في تأطير الشباب وتحفيزهم للنشاط في هذه المدرسة التربوية. جسد فوج الأمل طيلة مسيرته التي استمرت من 1938 إلى 1954 بعضا من الأهداف التي سعى رجال الحركة الاصلاحية تحقيقها. ولكون أهم شعار للكشاف هو كن مستعدا، فقد عمل المسيرون للفوج، أن يظل استعداد الشباب حاضرا وذلك بواسطة تنظيمه للندوات والمحاضرات والندوات والخرجات الميدانية في كل الظروف. The men of the Association of Algerian Muslim Ulema (scholars) in Tebessa were able to intensify their activities by various means, including the establishment and formation of scout regiments in order to raise, guide and frame as many young people as possible from Tebessa. Tebessa knew the birth of Al-Amal Regiment for Islamic Scouts in 1938 headed by Cherif Ahmed Chawech and Larbi Tbessi. Al-Amal was able to penetrate into society and played a major role in revitalizing the national movement through the activities they organized locally, nationally, and even internationally. The regiment knew a governing council managed by the city's dignitaries such as Sadek Boudraa, Abdul Hafidh Qasri, Mohamed Sani and Abdul Hafidh Meskalji. Their role has been effective in framing and motivating young people to be active in this educational school. Throughout its course from 1938 to 1954, the regiment of Al-Amal was able to embody some of the goals that the reformism movement's men sought to achieve. As the most important slogan of the scout is be prepared, the supervisors of the regiment worked to ensure that young people remained present by organizing seminars, lectures and field outputs in all circumstances.
