| dc.description.abstract | يتناول موضوع البحث الموسوم بـ "دور مبدا النشاط الوقائي في تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية" دراسة مبدا النشاط الوقائي باعتباره هدفا تسعى السياسة البيئية لتحقيقه لتفادي وقوع كوارث بيئية وبالتالي تحقيق ديمومة بيئية في مواجهة التطور الصناعي. وقد قسمت الدراسة الى فصلين. يتعرض الفصل الاول من الدراسة الى مفهوم كل من مبدأ النشاط الوقائي والاستدامة البيئية والى المجالات التي يختص هذا بها في مجال الاستدامة البيئية والمتمثلة في التلوث الهوائي والنفايات والى التكريس القانوني لكل منهما على المستوى الدولي وكذا الوطني، ونظرا لعدم إمكانية تجسيد هذا المبدأ الا عن طريق آليات قانونية فقد تناول الفصل الثاني هذه الآليات من خلال أدوات الضبط الإداري وإجراء دراسة التأثير ودراسة الخطر. | en_US |
