| dc.description | In this study, I dealt with the subject of the role of insurance from liability for ship accidents in the protection of the marine environment. That contract is of importance at the present time, which is not equal to the rest of the different types of insurance forms. This is not evidenced by the intervention of the legislator by imposing some of its types in legal texts that are peremptory, as well as It is insurance against liability arising from ship accidents. I have divided the subject of the study into an introductory chapter and two main chapters, within an analytical and comparative approach so that I can compare some national laws with foreign ones, such as French law, English law and Egyptian law, in addition to some explanations in the obligatory liability insurance. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تناولت في د راستي هذه موضوع دور التامين من المسؤولية عن حوادث السفن في حماية البيئة البحرية، ذلك العقد الذي له من الاهمية في الوقت الحاضر ما لا تعادله بقية انواع صور التامين المختلفة وليس ادل على ذلك من تدخل المشرع بفرض بعض انواعه بنصوص قانونية آمرة، كما هو التامين من المسؤولية الناشئة عن حوادث السفن. لقد قمت بتقسيم موضوع الد ا رسة الى فصل تمهيدي و فصلين رئيسيين، وذلك ضمن منهج تحليلي و مقارن حتى اتمكن من مقارنة بعض القوانين الوطنية بالأجنبية، مثل القانون الفرنسي و القانون الإنجليزي و القانون المصري، اضافة الى بعض الشروحات في الزامية التامين من المسؤولية . | en_US |
