أثر القصص القرآني في الأحكام الشرعية المستنبطة

Abstract

إن دراسة ىذا الموضوع الذي جاء بعنوان: أثر القصص القرآني في الأحكام الشرعية المستنبطة قد تناولت عدة أمور ومسائل فقهية، فاشتملت ىذه الدراسة على فصلين أساسين تتخللهما مباحث ذات خطوط عريضة لهذا الموضوع. احتوى الفصل الأول على مبحثين كانا عبارة عن مفاىيم حول القصص القرآني وشرع من قبلنا، فالمبحث الأول كان حول القصص القرآني ومعناه اللغوي والاصطلاحي وأنواعو، وخصائصو وغاياتو وعلاقتو بالأحكام، والمبحث الثاني كان كذلك حول شرع من قبلنا ومعناه اللغوي والاصطلاحي وأنواعو، ومدى حجيتو ومذاىب العلماء فيو وكيفية تعامل النبي-صلى الله عليو وسلم- مع ىذه الشرائع. وأما الفصل الثاني فاحتوى على ثلاثة مباحث، كانت ىذه المباحث جملة من آيات قصص الأنبياء والرسل والأمم الماضية في القرآن الكريم، التي كانت محل اىتمام الفقهاء وعنايتهم بها قصد استنباط الأحكام الشرعية منها ا ولاستفادة منهاThe study of this sub ject, wich came tiled the inflieuce of Quranicstaries on legitimacy ordonences derived, several issues of jurispudemce have addressed. This study contains tow key sectos, they show broad lines of subject. The first chapter contains two sections abont the concepts of qurqnie stories and the precedeut nations law the first topic was abontthe concepts of quramc stories and its meaning linjuis tie andterminatojical, types, characteristics, puvposeant its relationship with Islamic ordonence.the second topioits about the concept of precedent nation low, its linguistic an terminological meaning, types, extent of its authority doctrines of scientists about it and honw the prophet made with this laws . The second chapter contains three sections they contain several verses of the past prophets and the precedent nations inquoran that were of interest to jurisprudent and take their care to extract the law ordonences and benefit froun them
