| dc.description.abstract | أباح الله تعدُّد الزَّوجات لأهداف وغايات جليلة راع بذلك كافة الاختلافات الجنسيَّة والاجتماعيَّة والبيئيَّة، فجاءت مخاطبة كافة الفئات كهولاً وشيوخاً، بتباين الشَّهوات فمنهم من يكتفي بالواحدة وهذا أفضل ومنهم حاد الشَّهوة لابدَّ له من عدَّة نساء لقضاء وطره، فضبط العدد بأربع ففي بعض الحالات تصاب الزَّوجة بعلاَّت فلا تستوي معها الحياة فكان التَّعدد مراعاة لمشاعر الرَّقيقات لكي لا تُطلَّق وتعيش كنف الزَّوجيَّة مع أخرى وتحت رعاية زوجها، فهُذِّبت بضوابط دقيقة لابد من توفُّرها وإلاَّ أُثم فاعلها من النَّاحية الشَّرعيَّة بالإضافة إلى العدد أضاف ضرورة العدل بينهن، مع قلة الوعي وضعف الوازع الدِّيني جاء القانون ليضع قيودا بالإضافة إلى القيود الشرعية حفاظا على سمعة النِّظام ومكانة الأسرة | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | God allowed polygamy for the purpose of the great sponsored by all differences of sexual ,social and environmental ,came to address all the groups youths and elders .Taking into account the different desires from satisfying with one wife to more than one .So religion limits polygamy in four wives and in case that the first wife being incapable to give her husband all his rights and in condition of being a fair husband between them .Consequently ,law restrictions came to cover the consciousness and weakness of religious persuasion by some husbands in order to protect family which is considered the mother of the Islamic society and community | en_US |
