تغطية وسائل الاعلام الدولية لحادثة مقتل الاطفال الرضع بالوادي

Abstract

الملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان تغطية وسائل الإعلام الدولية لحادثة مقتل الأطفال الرضع بالوادي ، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أسباب الحادثة ، وكما عمدت على التعرف على كيفية وصف وسائل الإعلام الدولية للحادثة ، وأيضا التعرف على الأنماط والأنواع الصحفية المستخدمة في تغطية الحادثة . وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي من خلال أداة تحليل المحتوى ، و اخترنا في مجتمع الدراسة التحليلية خمس أنواع من وسائل الإعلام الدولية ، وهي 5 وكالات أنباء، 5 قنوات فضائية و5 إذاعات و5 صحف دولية ، وكذلك 5 مواقع إلكترونية في فترة زمنية حددت في يوم 24 و25 /09/2019 . وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها :  ان أسباب الأزمة التي تداولتها وسائل الإعلام الدولية لحادثة مقتل الأطفال الرضع: هي شرارة كهربائية حيث ذكرت انه السبب الرئيسي للحادثة.  وقد وصفت حادثة مقتل الأطفال الرضع: بمصطلح الحادثة ، حيث جاء هذا في المرتبة الأولى في تناول وسائل الإعلام الدولية للموضوع.  اما فيما يتعلق بالمصادر التي اعتمدت عليها أثناء تناولها للموضوع فقد اعتمدت على القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية و وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية. وقد اعتمدت وسائل الإعلام الدولية على التقرير الصحفي الذي جاء كنوع رئيسي في تغطية الحادثة ثم على الخبر كنوع ثاني للتغطية.

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية This study, entitled "International media coverage of the incident of infant deaths in the valley", aimed at identifying the causes of the accident, as well as identifying how the international media described the incident, as well as identifying the patterns and press types used to cover the incident. We have relied on our study on the descriptive approach through the content analysis tool, and we have chosen in the analytical study community five types of international media, which are 5 news agencies, 5 satellite channels, 5 broadcasts and 5 international newspapers, as well as 5 websites in a time period specified in a day 24 and 25 September 2019. The results of the study reached several results, including: - The causes of the crisis, which was reported by the international media over the accident of the killing of infants it is an electric spark, as it stated that it is the main cause of the accident. - The killing of infants has been described: as the incident, as this came first in the international media’s handling of the topic. - As for the sources that relied on it while dealing with the issue, it relied on the Algerian TV channels and the Algerian News Agency. - The international media relied on the press report, which came as a major type of coverage of the incident, and then on news as a second type of coverage.
