فاعلية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ قرار اختيار التخصص الدراسي في ظل تربية الاختيارات لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي جذع مشترك علوم وتكنولوجيا

Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ قرار اختيار التخصص الدراسي في ظل تربية الاختيارات لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي جذع مشترك علوم وتكنولوجيا بمتقنة كركوبيه خليفة بالرياح(الوادي) خلال الموسم الدراسي:2022/2023. وبالاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو تصميم عينتين(الضابطة والتجريبية) وقياسين (قبلي– بعدي), تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قدرها(18) تلميذا وتلميذة مقسمة على مجموعتين: مجموعة ضابطة تشمل(9) تلاميذ ومجموعة تجريبية تشمل(9) تلاميذ من السنة الأولى ثانوي جذع مشترك علوم وتكنولوجيا، طبق عليها البرنامج الإرشادي المقترح في هذه الدراسة, مع أداة جمع البيانات والتي تمثلت في مقياس مهارات اتخاذ قرار اختيار التخصص الدراسي من إعداد (الدردير وبدر الدين وإسماعيل, 2020) والذي تم تقدير بعض خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات), أما البرنامج الإرشادي فهو من إعداد الباحثتين. بعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية البارامترية التالية: اختبار "T-Test" لعينتين مستقلتين, واختبار"T-Test" لعينتين مرتبطتين لدلالة الفروق تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين(الضابطة, والتجريبية) في القياس البعدي لمقياس مهارات اتخاذ قرار اختيار التخصص الدراسي لصالح تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لمقياس مهارات اتخاذ قرار اختيار التخصص الدراسي لدى تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي. ومنه تم التحقق من فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي المعرفي السلوكي في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ قرار اختيار التخصص الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي جذع مشترك علوم وتكنولوجيا, وقد تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة بناء على الأطر النظرية والدراسات التي سبقتها في مجال البحث, وكذا من وجهة نظر الباحثتين، ثم ختمت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات والاقتراحات التي قد تفيد الباحثين مستقبلا.

The study aims at measuring the effectiveness of guiding, knowledgeable and behavioural program in developing of making decision skills of choosing the scholar specialty (stream) in which enhancing selections for pupil of first year scientific and technology common stream in Technicum of Karkoubia Khalifa Robbah (El Oued) during 2022/2023 season. Depending on experimental-like method of two samples (Exact and Experimental) and the two measurements (After - Before). The study has been applied on a sample composed of 18 pupils; it is divided into two groups: Exact group that contains 9 pupils and Experimental group which contains 9 pupils from first year scientific and technology common stream that the suggested guiding program applied on it in the present study; through the use of the tool of collecting data which are presented in making decision skills of choosing the stream, made by (Al Dardi, Bader Eddine and Ismail, 2020) in which some psychometric features have been estimated (Honesty and stability). The guiding program is prepared by researchers. After collecting data and processing them using the following parametric statistical methods: “T-Test” for two independent samples, and “T-Test” for two samples related to the differences; the following are the results: - There are statistical differences among middle averages of the two group pupils (exact and experimental) in measuring “ After-measure” for making decision skills of choosing the stream phase for experimental group pupils. - There are statistical differences between After and Before measurements for making decision skills of choosing the stream phase to After measurements. Hence, the effectiveness of guiding, knowledgeable and behavioural program in developing making decision skills in choosing the stream for pupils of 1st year Sc. Techno. Common stream has been approved and the results of the study are explained depending on theoretical frames and pre-studies that preceded it in search field; as well as relying on researchers’ point of views. The study is concluded with certain recommendations and suggestions that may benefit the researchers in coming years.
