"مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين جودة حياة العمل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة: شركة بكار للأشغال العمومية– الوادي "

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية الحياة العملية من وجهة نظر العاملين من خلال المسح المستندي للدراسات السابقة و تدعيمها باستخدام برنامج spss.v25 من أجل إجراء التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات المجمعة من الاستبيانات التي تم توزيعها على الشركة. تم تطبيق الدراسة على مستوى شركة بكار للأشغال العمومية بالوادي من خلال توزيع 50 استبانة على موظفي الشركة، واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، مستخدمين مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية مثل المتوسط الحسابي و الانحراف المعياري و معامل Cronbach's alpha و توصلت الدراسة إلى:  أن مستوى إدراك الموظفين بالالتزام بتطبيق أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمؤسسة بكار للأشغال العمومية مرتفع.  أن مستوى التزام مؤسسة بكار للأشغال العمومية بالوادي بتوفير جودة حياة العمل لموظفيها مرتفع.  أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية تساهم بأبعادها في تحسين جودة حياة العمل بمؤسسة بكار لأشغال العمومية.  للمسؤولية الاجتماعية دور مهم في تحسين جودة حياة العمل. " "The aime of this study is to inestigate the contribution of social responsability in improving the quality of work life from the perspective of employees. This is accomplished through a systematic review of previous studirs,supported by the use of SPSS.V25 software to conduct statistical analysis of the data collected from the distributed questionnaires in the study sample The study was conducted at bakar puplic works company in EL oued,fifty questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the company. In order to test the study hypotheses, a variety of statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, and cronpach's alpha coefficient were employed. The study found that: * The level of employee awareness of adhering to the dimensions of corporate social responsibility in bakar puplic works company is high. * The level of commitment of bakar public works company in EL oued to providing a high quality of work life for its employees is high. * social responsibility, with its dimensions, contributes to improving the quality of work life in bakar public works company. * social responsibility plays an important role in improving the quality of work life.
