مشروع نهاد الموسى لتحقيق التحوّل المنشود إلى الفصحى بين الواقع والمأمول

Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال مشروع الباحث الفلسطيني الأردني نهاد الموسى الموسوم بـــ: "قضيّة التّحوّل إلى الفصحى"، وهو مشروع يتجاذبه واقع صعب تعيشه الفصحى بين أهلها، وآمال وأمنيات صادقة لباحث خبير متمرّس يريد تغيير هذا الواقع المزري للغة الضّاد، وقد أعدّ الباحث خطّة متكاملة يرى أنّها قادرة على تحقيق هذا الهدف الإستراتيجي تنبني على شقّين، الأوّل يتمثّل في انتهاج التّخطيط اللّغوي سبيلًا لذلك واضعًا خطوطًا عريضة له، والثّاني سلوكه منحى التّيسير النّحوي طريقًا داعمًا ومعزّزًا للشّق الأوّل. This article deals with the project of the Palestinian-Jordanian researcher, Nihad Al-Mousa, which is entitled: The issue of converting to Standard Arabic, a project that is attracted by the difficult reality experienced by Standard Arabic among its people and the sincere hopes and wishes of an experienced researcher who wants to change this miserable reality of the Arabic language. The researcher has prepared an integrated plan that he believes is capable of achieving this strategic goal which is based on two axes. The first is to adopt linguistic planning as a way to do that, setting broad lines for it, and the second is to follow the path of grammatical facilitation as a supportive and reinforcing way for the first part.
