تقييم إجراءات التصدير للمنتجات الزراعية

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع إجراءات التصدير كأحد التحديات للمساهمة في ترقية صادرات المنتجات الزراعية وإيجاد العلاقة فيما بينهما، ولتحقيق غرض الدراسة إستخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي بحيث تم توزيع إستبيان مكون من 38 عبارة شملت متغيرات الدراسة على 68 موظف لــ 06 شركات من مجتمع مقدر 15 شركة متخصصة في تصدير المنتجات الزراعية بولاية الوادي، وتم إسترجاع 60 إستبانة صالحة للتحليل لإختبار الفرضيات بإستخدام التحليل الإحصائي SPSS، واستخلصنا النتائج التالية: مستوى إجراءات التصدير يرقي صادرات المنتجات الزراعية بإستثناء الإجراءات المالية لعينة الدراسة؛ يوجد علاقة إرتباط بين مستوى إجراءات التصدير وترقية صادرات المنتجات الزراعية لعينة الدراسة؛ يوجد أثر دال إحصائيا لترقية صادرات المنتجات الزراعية يعود إلى مستوى إجراءات التصدير لعينة الدراسة؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات الموظفين لترقية صادرات المنتجات الزراعية بمدى مستوى إجراءات التصدير يعود إلى المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية الجنس و السن والمنصب الوظيفي، وفيما يخص المستوى التعليمي والخبرة المهنية توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات العينة. This study examined export procedures as one of the challenges to enhance agricultural product exports and establish the relationship between them. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive and analytical approach, distributing a questionnaire consisting of 38 statements covering the study variables to 68 employees of 6 companies out of a population of 15 companies specialized in exporting agricultural products in the state of El Oued. 60 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis to test the hypotheses using SPSS statistical analysis. The following results were obtained: •The level of export procedures enhances agricultural product exports except for financial procedures for the study sample. •There is a significant correlation between the level of export procedures and the enhancement of agricultural product exports for the study sample. •There is a statistically significant effect of enhancing agricultural product exports attributable to the level of export procedures for the study sample. •There are no statistically significant differences in employees' responses regarding the enhancement of agricultural product exports in terms of the level of export procedures related to personal and functional variables such as gender, age, and job position. However, concerning educational level and professional experience, statistically significant differences were found in the sample's responses.
