Abstract
وخلاصة البحث في موضوع طررق وآليات الرقابة على المنتوجات المستوردة يمكنني القول بأن المشرع الجزائري من أجل حماية المستهلك وفر إطارا تنظيميا مهما وذلك من خلال النص على مجموعة من الآليات لرقابة هذه المنتوجات .
حيث جاء بآليات فردية لرقابة المنتوجات تمثلت في الإلتزامات التي أقرها المشرع على المنتج تحت طاءلة المسؤولية، وحقوق اعطاها المشرع للمستهلك متوقعا منه ممارسته.
بالأضافة إلى الآليات الفردية أوجدة المشرع آليات جماعية من شانها العمل على رقابة المنتوجات وذلك لضمان حماية أكبر للمستهلك، وذلك من خلال الصلاحيات الكثيرة والتي خولها المشرع الجزائري لها وتمثلت هذه الآليات الجماعية في المديرية الولائية للتجارة وكذلك جمعيات حماية المستهلك كونهما الجهتان الأبرز في مجال حماية المستهلك
The bottom line on the subject of Trrq research and controls on imported products, I can say that the Algerian legislature for Consumer Protection has provided a significant regulatory framework and through text on a series of mechanisms for control these products.
He came mechanisms of individual products represented in the commitments approved by the legislature on the product under penalty of perjury control and the rights of the legislator has given the consumer expects him to exercise.
In addition to individual mechanisms created by the collective legislator mechanisms working to control products to ensure better consumer protection, through the many powers vested in the Algerian legislature has been to such collective mechanisms for the management of state for commerce and associations of consumer protection organizations being are most important in the field of consumer protection.Keywords:
