آليات تأمين النقل البحري للبضائع في الجزائر : دراسة ميدانية ( الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول التأمين البحري كوسيلة لتغطية المخاطر الناجمة عن النقل البحريللبضائع وفهم آليات تطبيقه في شركات التأمين، من خلال عرض الإطار المفاهيمي للتأمين البحري وإجراءات تقدير الخطر البحري وحساب قسط التأمين في الشركة الوطنية للتأمينSAA كدراسة حالة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه بالإضافة إلى الدور المهم لتأمين النقل البحري في تسهيل عمليات التصدير و الاستيراد فهو الأكثر استخداما مقارنة بالتأمين النقل البري و الجوي، وإن تقدير الخطر البحري وقسط التأمين البحري في الشركة الوطنية للتأمينSAAيعتمد على عدة معايير أهمها قيمة البضاعة ونوعيتها ومسار الرحلة البحرية. This study aims at shedding light on marine insurance, as a means of covering cargo maritime transport risks, and understanding the mechanisms of its application in insurance companies, through the presentation of the conceptual framework of marine insurance and the procedures for, estimating marine risk and calculating the insurance premium, in the National Insurance Company SAA as a case study.

The study concluded that, in addition to, the important role of marine transportation insurance in facilitating export and import operations, it is more used than insurance of land and air transportation, and that the goods' value and quality, and the sea shipping itinerary are the main criteria, in the National Insurance Company SAA, for the assessment of risk and insurance premium marine.
