دورالمرأة المقاولاتية في التنمية المستدامة صاحبة مشروع رياض الأطفال انموذجا

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة لقد شهد موضوع المرأة المقاولة اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الباحثين والحكومات وذلك لتعزيز دورها في التنمية المستدامة، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا أن نتحدث عن واقع المرأة المقاولة في الجزائر ودورها في تحقيق التنمية،حيث تطرقنا إلى التعريف بمختلف مفاهيم الدراسة،واعتمدنا مباشرة إلى إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من رياض الأطفال، معتمدين على المنهج التحليل الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. بهدف تقييم مدى مساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية. حيث توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج من خلال هذه الدراسة تجسد واقع المرأة المقاولة في التنمية المستدامة إذ أنها تعتبر من الآليات المبتكرة في تحقيق التنمية. حيث أصبحت اليوم لها إضافة حتى ولو كانت هذه الإضافة نسبية إلا أنها توفر مناصب العمل للعديد من الأفراد، وهذا ما دفعنا إلى أن نوصي بدعمها وتشجعيها نحو إنشاء مشاريعها الخاصة.

Abstract :

The issue of entrepreneurial women has witnessed great interest by researchers and governments in order to enhance their role in sustainable development, and through this study we tried to talk about the reality of entrepreneurial women in Algeria and their role in achieving development, as we touched on introducing the various concepts of the study, and we relied directly on conducting a field study on a sample of kindergartens, relying on the descriptive analysis method and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. With the aim of assessing the extent of its contribution to achieving development. Where we reached a set of results through this study that embody the reality of women entrepreneurs in sustainable development, as they are considered one of the innovative mechanisms in achieving development. Today, it has an addition, even if this addition is relative, but it provides job positions for many individuals, and this is what prompted us to recommend supporting and encouraging them towards establishing their own projects.
