| dc.description.abstract | أندلس أن كان بها أُسس البناء الحضاري والإنساني مختلفة الألوان كانت مشاربها مختلفة المنابع متعددة الروافد، في ظل هذا الجو المُفعمومتعددة السِّمات، و بالتسامح، والذي لا نجد له مثيلا ً في أي بلد آخر خلال العصور الوسطى أو الفترة القروسطية، عاش أهل الذمة من يهود ونصارى في الأندلس متمتعين بكامل حقوقهم كانالمدنية، وزاولوا مختلف الحرف، وتقلدوا العديد من المناصب الهامة في هرم الدولة، و منهم العلماء والشعراء والأطباء وغير ذلك، سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تتبُّع حياة أحد الشخصيات الذمية الأندلسية، وهو العالماليهودي التلمودي الشهير "يوسف بن أبي ثور" الذي كان من أعلام الأندلس البارزين في زمانه، لكن بسبب ظروف معينة وجد نفسه مضطرّا ً للرحيل من الأندلس ومغادرتها، ولم يستطع العودة إليها، فانظم َّ بذلك إلى كبة الشخصيات التي تعرضت للنفي من البلاد التي عاشت فيها خلالكوفترة العصور الوسيطة.
