Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الخدمات التي تقدمها مستشار توجيه من وجهة نظر التعليم الثانوي وكذلك لتقييم مهام المرشد الإرشادي في ثانوية غربي بشير بن محمد بحاسي خليفة. من خلال معرفة آرائهم حول مهامه وكافة الخدمات التي يقوم بها يوفر لهم ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ، فإن تم طرح الأسئلة التالية: - ما نوعية مهام مرشد التوجيه المدرسي من وجهة نظر تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية؟ هل توجد فروق بين وجهات نظر طلبة العلم والأدبية حول التقييم من مهام مرشدي التوجيه المدرسي؟ هل توجد فروق بين آراء الثانوية العامة الطلاب حول تقييم مهام التوجيه المدرسي المرشدين بسبب المستوى الأكاديمي؟ في هذه الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي وعينة الدراسة بلغ عدد طلاب وطالبة المرحلة الثانوية 131 طالب وطالبة كما قمنا بإعداد استبيان يتكون من 22 مختلفة أسئلة تم التحقق من صحة الاستبيان باستخدام الظاهري الصدق (صدق المحكمين) والاتساق الداخلي (موثوقية المحتوى) وتم تأكيد استقراره من خلال معايير Alpha Cronbach وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية لـ العلوم الاجتماعية. تم الوصول إلى النتائج التالية: - تتميز مهام المرشدين بمستوى عال . - لا توجد فروق بين آراء طلبة الجامعة الفروع العلمية والأدبية فيما يتعلق بتقييم المهام من مستشاري التوجيه. - حسب الاحصاءات ومن اراء الثانوية الطلاب في تقييم مهام المرشدين الموجودين هناك الاختلافات بسبب المستوى الأكاديمي.

Abstracts : This studyaimed to reveal the reality of the services of theguidance counselorfrom the point of view of secondaryeducationstudents, as well as to evaluate the tasks of the guidance counselor at Gharbi Bashir bin Muhammad high school In Hasi Khalifa. By knowingtheir opinions about histasks and all the services heprovides to them and to achieve the objectives of the study, thefollowing questions wereasked : - Whatis the quality of tasks of school guidance counsellorfrom thepoint of view of secondaryschoolpupils ? Are theredifferencesbetween the points of view of science studentsand literaryones about the evaluation of the tasks of school guidance counselors? Are theredifferencesbetween the views of secondaryschoolstudents about the evaluation of the tasks of school guidancecounselors due to the academiclevel ? In thisstudy, weused the descriptive approach and the studysamplereached 131 male and femalestudentsfrom the secondaryschool aswell as weprepared a questionnaire consisting of 22 different QuestionsThe validity of the questionnaire wasverifiedusingvirtualhonesty (honesty of arbitrators) and internalconsistency (reliability ofcontent ) and itsstabilitywasconfirmed by Alpha Cronbach criteria and data wasprocessedusing the program of Statistical Packages forSocial Sciences. The followingresultswerereached : - The tasks of guidance counselors are characterized by a high level. - There are no differencesbetween the views of students of thescientific and literary branches regarding the evaluation of the tasksof guidance counselors . - According to statistics and from the views of secondaryeducationstudents in evaluating the tasks of guidance counselors, there aredifferences due to the academiclevel .
