Abstract

إن تنظيم وهيكلة إدارة الجمارك الجزائرية سمح لهذا الجهاز بالتحكم في جميع المنافذ الحدودية وتغطية كامل الإقليم الجمركي عن طريق مصالحه المركزية والخارجية والتي تمارس مهامها وفق التشريع والتنظيم الجمركي والتي تقوم بالتنسيق فيما بينها لضمان استمرارية المهام المنوطة بها باستعمال التقنيات الحديثة والمتطورة التي تساهم في القضاء على التهريب وعلى الجرائم بمختلف أنواعها والتي تعمل كذلك على حماية الأشخاص الطبيعية والمعنوية وحماية التراث الوطني والملكية الفكرية بالإضافة إلى حماية النبات و الحيوان ومراقبة التجارة الخارجية وهذا ما يؤكد حساسية هذا الجهاز ضمن مؤسسات الدولة ودوره الفاعل في حماية الاقتصاد الوطني.

And crimes of various types, which also work to protect natural and legal persons, protect national heritage and intellectual property, in addition to protecting plants and animals and monitoring foreign trade. This confirms the sensitivity of this agency within state institutions and its effective role in protecting the national economy
