Abstract

عملية اتخاذ الـقرار الاداري من المهام الـيومية في أي تنظيـم، فهي تلعـب دورا حساسا داخل المؤسسة، إذ بواسـطـتـها يتم التوصل إلى حلول للمشاكل، ووضع البدائل المتاحة التي تخدم أهداف التنظيم. فاتخاذ القرار هو العنصر الفعال لسير المنظمة نحو تطبيق قراراتها، بمشاركة الفاعلين في إطار تفاعلي اتصالي. تتوضح أهمية صناعة القرار عن طريق ارتباطها الوثيق بالأفراد والجماعات والادارة، فالقرارات التي تؤثر وتتأثر بالأفراد والجماعات بإضافة لزيادة الحاجة لعملية اتخاذ القرار في الادارة، كلّما زاد حجم المنظّمة وتفرعت مهماتها فالقرار الناجح هو ما تسعى إليه الادارة The administrative decision-making process is one of the daily tasks in any organization, as it plays a sensitive role within the organization, as it is through it that solutions to problems are reached, and available alternatives are developed that serve the goals of the organization.
