Abstract

"In this thesis, we analyze the performance of a cooperative NOMA system. The main advantage of this work is the analysis of the two cooperative NOMA DF / AF systems to choose the best one among them. We analyze capacity performance and outage probability and see the impact of DF and AF techniques on the NOMA downlink. We use Matlab to simulate the results. As expected, DF NOMA outperformed AF NOMA in terms of capacity and outage probability. Additionally, we have observed that AF NOMA has more error and noise than DF NOMA.
