أثر إنخفاض أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية على إقتصاديات الدول النفطية حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 2010-2020

Abstract

يعتبر الاقتصاد الجزائري اقتصادا ريعيا بامتياز، ويظهر ذلك جليا من خلال حساسية أغلب المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية بسعر برميل النفط، والتي من بينها الميزانية العامة و الميزان التجاري و التنمية الاقتصادية، حيث يتأثرون بتقلبات أسعار النفط ارتفاعا وانخفاضا، وهذا ما ركزت عليه دراستنا للفترة 2010-2020، مستخدمين في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي و التاريخي والتحليلي و المنهج المتكامل في البحوث التطبيقية بالاعتماد على البيانات الاحصائية من مصادر رسمية لفترة الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقلبات أسعار النفط في الاسواق العالمية لها أثر سلبيا على الاقتصاد الجزائري.The Algerian economy is considered a rentier economy par excellence، and this is evident through the sensitivity of most macroeconomic indicators to the price of a barrel of oil، including the general budget، the balance of trade and economic development، as they are affected by fluctuations in oil prices، up and down، and this is what our study focused on for the period 2010-2020 Using in the study the descriptive، historical and analytical approach and the integrated approach in applied research، depending on statistical data from official sources for the period of the study، the results of the study showed that the fluctuations of oil prices in world markets have a negative impact on the Algerian economy
