الضغط النفسي لدى معلمة القسم التحضيري

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمة القسم التحضيري، إلى جانب التعرف على الفروق في مستوى الضغوط تبعا لمتغيرالحالة الاجتماعية والخبرة المهنية، ولقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي حيث تم اجراء دراسة على عينة مكونة من 60 معلمة تم اختيارهن عشوائيا من المدارس التابعة لمقاطعات ولاية الوادي بلدية الوادي وهذا خلال العام الدراسي 2020، وقد استخدمت للدراسة مقياس الضغط النفسي من اعداد: د\فقيه العيد سنة 2013، واستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية التالية: اختبار "ف "واختبار "ت ". ونظرا لإلغاء فصل النتائج لتعثري على جمع البيانات نتوقع ان تكون النتائج المتوصل اليها كالتالي: -توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الضغط النفسي من حيث استعمال مقياس الضغط النفسي حسب متغيرات الدراسة:متغير الحالة الاجتماعية، ومتغير الخبرة المهنية لدى معلمات القسم التحضيري. Résumé : This current study aims to reveal the psychological pressures of the preparatory department teacher .In addition to identifying the differences in the level of pressures according to the variable of social status and professional experience. It was based on the descriptive approach ,as a study was conducted on a sample of 60 female teachers who were chosen randomly from the schools of EL oued districts .the municipality of ELoued ,and this is during 2020 academic year .For this study , the psychological pressure scale was used by Dr Fakih El Eid in 2013 and the following statistical methods were used ,the "f" test and the "t" test And in view of the of the deletion of the separation of the results in order to find the daya collection ,we expect that the findings will be as follow.
