Abstract

الممخَّص: تعتبر القبائل الحدوديَّة الج ا زئريَّة التُّونسيَّة من الرَّكائز الدَّاعمة لمثو ا رت الشَّعبيَّة بالج ا زئر، حيث وجدت في هذا القبائل نِعْمَ الدَّاعم ونِعْمَ النَّصير؛ وقد استندت في دعمها إلى عدَّة روابط، منها: ا ربطة الدَّم، و ا ربطة المصاهرة، وكذا ال اَّ ربطة الرُّوحيَّة ممثَّمة في الطُّرق الصُّوفيَّة. وقد تنوَّع الدَّعم القبمي لمثو ا رت الشَّعبيَّة الج ا زئريَّة، من: الاحتضان والإواء، إلى: المدِّ بالمال والسِّلاح والرِّجال؛ هذا الدَّعم الفعَّال أرَّق الفرنسي، ف ا رح يُخطِّط ويكيد للإيقاع بالقبائل الحدوديَّة ومعها الدَّولة التُّونسيَّة، من خلال اتباع سياسة "فرق تسد" بإثارة النَّع ا رت والتَّشجيع عمى الإغا ا رت بين القبائل ليتَّخذها ذريعة في ترسيم الحدود بين البمدين، ثمَّ فرض الحماية)احتلال( عمى "تونس" بدعوى عدم قدرتها عمى توفير الأمن لممحتل الفرنسي بالج ا زئر.The Algerian-Tunisian border tribes are considered one of the pillars supporting the popular revolutions in Algeria, as they found in these tribes the best supporter and the best advocate; and they relied in their support on several ties, including: the blood tie, the marriage tie, and the spiritual tie represented in the Sufi orders. The tribal support for the Algerian popular revolutions varied from: embracing and sheltering, to: providing money, weapons and men; This effective support made the French anxious, so they began to plan and plot to bring down the border tribes and the Tunisian state with them, by following a policy of “divide and rule” by inciting strife and encouraging raids between the tribes to use it as a pretext to demarcate the borders between the two countries, then impose protection (occupation) on “Tunisia” under the pretext of its inability to provide security for the French occupier in Algeria.
