التوافق النفسي وعلاقته ببناء المشروع الشخصي المستقبلي لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة العربية: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي وبناء المشروع الشخصي المستقبلي للطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي. اتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وقمنا بتطبيق استبيان خاص بالتوافق النفسي والمشروع الشخصي المستقبلي بعد قياس خصائصه السيكو مترية والتأكد منها ووزعناها على عينة مكونة من 160 طالب وطالبة المقبلين على التخرج (3 ليسانس و2 ماستر) كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي بجميع تخصصاتها وتم اختيارهم بطريقة قصديه. ـ وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها واستخدام النظام الإحصائي(spss22) توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: ـ توجد علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة باختلاف الجنس. ـ توجد علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة باختلاف التخصص. ـ توجد علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة باختلاف المستوى. ـ توجد علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة باختلاف الوضعية المهنية. ـ توجد علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية. ـ توجد علاقة بين التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة باختلاف المؤهلات العلمية.

abstract The study aimed to know the nature of the relationship between psychological adjustment and building a future personal project for university students at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in Wadi. In this study, we followed the descriptive approach, and we applied a questionnaire on psychological compatibility and the future personal project after measuring and verifying its psychometric characteristics, and distributed it to a sample of 160 students who are about to graduate (3 bachelor’s degrees and 2 master’s degrees) from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar in Al-Wadi in all its specializations. They were chosen intentionally. After collecting and analyzing the data and using the statistical system (spss22), we reached the following results: - There is a relationship between psychological adjustment and building the future personal project among university students according to gender. - There is a relationship between psychological adjustment and building the future personal project among university students with different majors. - There is a relationship between psychological adjustment and building the future personal project among university students at different levels. - There is a relationship between psychological adjustment and building the future personal project among university students according to the professional status. - There is a relationship between psychological adjustment and building the future personal project among university students according to the different social status. - There is a relationship between psychological adjustment and building the future personal project among university students with different previous certificates.
