Abstract

رغبة بُ خدمة السنة النبوية كددت ابؼسابنة كابؼشاركة ببحث موسو ب: "مسالك ابن ابعوزم بُ بـتلف ابغديث من خلاؿ كتابو إعلا العالم بعد رسوخو بناسخ ابغديث كمنسوخو ". تتكوف الرسالة من قسمتُ، الأكؿ: ابعانب النظرم كىو دراسة متعلقة بدوضوع بـتلف ابغديث، كالثاني: ابعانب التطبيقي كىو دراسة لأقواؿ ابن ابعوزم بٍ ابػابسة كالفهارس. تهدؼ الرسالة إلى الدفاع كالذب كرد الشبهات عن سنة النبي صلى الله عليو كسلم كرد أقواؿ من زعم كجود التناقض بُ السنة، أما موضوع الرسالة فهو يدكر حوؿ بـتلف ابغديث. StudySummary In order to serve the Prophetic Sunnah ،I wanted to contribute and participate in an investigation entitled: "Ibn al-Jawzi's tracts in multifaceted Hadiths through his book. The current dissertation consists of two parts ،the first part: deals with literature review as a kind of theoretical aspects which is a study related to the subject of different modern ،and the second one: copes in its turn with the practical partthat is a study of the words of Ibn al-Jawzithm conclusion and indexes. The purpose of such inquiry is to defend and falsify the suspicions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and to recite the words of those who claim that there is contradiction in the Sunnah. The subject of the study revolves around different conversations.
