توظيف المقاصد في فهم القرآن الكريم في الدّراسات القرآنية المعاصرة

Abstract

الملخص: يعد التّفسير المقاصدي من أكثر المناهج التّفسيرية التي لاقت اهتماما واسعا في الدّراسات الإسلاميّة القرآنيّة المعاصرة، ونظرا لكون المقاصد القرآنية من أهمّ أسس التفسير والاستنباط الشّرعي والتّجديد الفقهي؛ جاءت هذه الدراسة لتتناول بالبحث والنظر والاستقراء والنّقد والمقارنة ثلاثة اتجاهات بارزة في قضية المقاصد وموقعها من فهم وتفسير القرآن الكريم في الدّراسات المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال فحص آراء ثلاث شخصيات مهمة في الفكر الإسلامي الحديث عموما، والفهم المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم خصوصا وهم: محمد شحرور، وطه جابر العلواني، ومحمد عزّة دروزة، لتخلص إلى بيان الفرق بينهم من حيث الرّؤى وطرق التّفعيل والتطبيق في توظيف المقاصد وبيان أثر كل ذلك على الأحكام القرآنية. Résumé: The interpretive approach of Maqasid is considered one of the most prominent methods that has received widespread attention in contemporary Islamic Quranic studies. Given that Quranic objectives represent key foundations for interpretation, legal deduction, and jurisprudential renewal, this study aims to examine, explore, critically evaluate, and compare three major trends concerning the role of Maqasid in understanding and interpreting the Noble Quran in contemporary studies. These trends are represented by three notable figures in modern Islamic thought in general, and Maqasid-based understanding of the Quran in particular: Muhammad Shahrour, Taha Jabir Al-Alwani, and Muhammad 'Izzat Darwazeh. The study ultimately highlights the distinctions among them in terms of visions, methodologies, modes of implementation, and the impact of their Maqasid-based approach on deriving Quranic rulings
