السلوك التعليمي للمعلم و إنعكاسه على التحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على انعكاس السلوك التعليمي للمعلم على التحصيل الدراسي، ولتحقيق ذلك تمت صياغة الفرضية الرئيسية كالتالي : للسلوك التعليمي للمعلم علاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ، ويندرج تحت هذا الفرض الرئيسي فرضيات فرعية نوردها كما يلي .1يؤدي التمييز بين التلاميذ الى تدني مستوى التحصيل الدراسي . .2يؤدي عقاب التلميذ الى تدني مستوى تحصيله الدراسي . .3يؤدي عدم مراعاة ظروف التلميذ الى تدني مستوى تحصيله الدراسي . تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة الموضوع المدروس، ولجمع البيانات من الميدان استخدمنا الاستبيان، حيث تضمن الاستبيان 28بندا . مقسما إلى 4محاور، المحور الأول للبيانات الشخصية للمبحوثين، وثلاث محاور حيث كل محور يجيب على إحدى فرضيات الدراسة و قد كانت الاسئلة مغلوقه . تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية على عينة مكونة من 130مفردة من خلال الاعتماد على أسلوب العينة الغرضية في بعض االمتوسطات من مقاطعة الوادي وكذلك مقاطعة النخلة و الرقيبة بولاية الوادي. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة نتائج أهمها : - ان تركيز الاستاذ على التلاميذ النجباء دون غيرهم أثناء المشاركة يساهم في تدني مستوى التحصيل الدراسي . - ان مدح الاستاذ لبعض التلاميذ فقط دون الجميع يساهم في تدني مستوى التحصيل الدراسي. - ان تلفظ الاستاذ بألفاظ سيئة تجاه التلميذ يؤدي الى تدني مستوى تحصيله الدراسي . - ان قيام الاستاذ بضرب التلميذ يساهم في تدني مستوى تحصيله الدراسي ان عدم سعي الاستاذ في بداية السنة الدراسية للتعرف على ظروف التلاميذ يساهم في تدني مستوى تحصيلهم الدراسي . - ان عدم مراعاة الاستاذ للظروف الخاصة التلميذ يساهم في تدني مستوى تحصيلهم الدراسي. - ان عدم مراعاة الاستاذ لمستوى القدرات الخاصة للتلميذ في فهم الدروس يؤدي الى تدني مستوى تحصيله الدراسي Abstract This study aimed to identify the reflection of the teacher's educational behavior on educational attainment, and to achieve this the main hypothesis was formulated as follows : The educational behavior of the teacher has to do with the student's academic achievement. Sub-hypotheses are included under this main imposition : 1. Discrimination between pupils leads to a low level of educational attainment. 2..The punishment of the student leads to a low level of educational achievement. 3. Failure to take into account the student's circumstances leads to a low level of educational achievement. The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon in the study of the subject studied, and to collect Data from the field we used the questionnaire, with 28 items included. Divided into 4 axes, the first axis of the personal data of the researchers, and three axes where each axis answers one of the hypotheses of the study and the questions were questioned. The field study was conducted on a sample of 130 individuals by relying on the purpose sample method in some averages of the El-Oued Province as well as El-Nakhla and Reguiba in El-Oued state's sergeants. This study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - The teacher's focus on the only surviving students during participation contributes to the low level of educational attainment. - Praising the teacher for only some students without all contributes to the low level of educational attainment. - The professor's utterance of bad words towards the student leads to a low level of educational achievement. - Beating the student contributes to the low level of his academic achievement. - The failure of the teacher at the beginning of the school year to know the conditions of the pupils contributes to the low level of their academic achievement. - The teacher's failure to take into account the special circumstances of the student contributes to the low level of their academic achievement. IV - The teacher's failure to take into account the level of the student's special abilities in understanding the lessons leads to a lower level of educational attainment.
