Abstract

" هذه الدراسة الموسومة بــ "" صيغة نفي الجناح في القرآن الكريم و أثرها في تفسير آيات الأحكام "" و كان الإشكال الرئيسي فيها هو: ما دلالة صيغة "" نفي الجناح "" في القرآن الكريم و ما هو الأثر المترتب عليها عند تفسير آيات الأحكام، و قد سعينا للإجابة عن هذا الإشكال و ذلك من خلال ثلاثة مباحث: التعريف بمصطلحات البحث (النفي- الجناح) الآيات الواردة فيها صيغة (نفي الجناح) في القرآن الكريم ودلالاتها [دراسة النظرية]، أثر صيغة نفي الجناح في تفسير آيات الأحكام(العبادات- شؤون الأسرة - المعاملات(التجارة) [دراسة تطبيقية]. و قد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج لعل أهمها ما يلي: أن دلالة صيغة"" نفي الجناح"" في القرآن الكريم تدور حول نفي الحرج و نفي الإثم و المؤاخذة، و أن هذه الصيغة لها أثر كبير في تفسير آيات الأحكام خاصة في جانب العبادات و شؤون الأسرة و المعاملات (التجارة).
