Abstract

عنيت الدّراسة بالوقوف على استثمار الكفاءات العرضية في تنمية القدرة اللغوية في التعبير الكتابي، لتلاميذ الرابعة متوسط. حيث بدأت بتحديد وشرح مفهوم الكفاءة بصفة عامة وما اشتملت عليه من اختلافات بين المصطلح والمفهوم، ثم تطرّقت إلى الكفاءة العرضية وتبيان أقسامها المختلفة.كما ركزت الدّراسة على المهارات والقدرات اللغوية، باعتبارها ضرورة ملحّة لكل معلّم، لأن قدرته على توصيل ما لديه من علم، إنّما هي وقف على مدى تمكّنه من هذه القدرات. ثم عالجت الدّراسة مفهوم التّعبير الكتابي وأهميته في تطوير مهارات التّواصل والتّعبير لدى تلاميذ الراّبعة متوسط. وقد استخدم في الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي والإحصائي والتحليلي، لتحليل البيانات التي جمعت من الدّراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على عينة من تلاميذ الرابعة لبعض متوسطات دائرة الدبيلة بالوادي، من خلال تحليل وضعياتهم وأدائهم في التّعبير الكتابي، مع التّركيز على العلاقة بين تطوير الكفاءات العرضية وتحسين التّعبير الكتابي لديهم، وقد اتّسمت الدّراسة بتفاعليّة عمليّة مع الواقع الميداني. ومن خلال التّحليل والنّتائج، تبيّن أنّ استثمار الكفاءات العرضيّة، يلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تحسين القدرة اللغوية في التّعبير الكتابي لتلاميذ الرّابعة متوسط. وبناءً على هذه النّتائج، اقْترحت توصيات عمليّة تهدف إلى تعزيز تعلّم التعبير الكتابي لدى التلاميذ وتحسين أدائهم في هذا المجال، مما يسهم في تطوير التعليم والتعلم في المرحلة المتوسطة. The study focused on exploring the investment in presentation skills in enhancing linguistic proficiency in written expression for fourth-grade middle school students. It began by defining and explaining the concept of proficiency in general، highlighting the differences between terminology and concept، then delved into presentation proficiency and elucidated its various components. The study also emphasized linguistic skills and abilities as a crucial necessity for every teacher، as their ability to convey their knowledge depends on these abilities. Furthermore، the study addressed the concept of written expression and its importance in developing communication and expression skills among fourth-grade middle school students. Descriptive، statistical، and analytical methods were employed to analyze the data collected from field research conducted on a sample of fourth-grade students from some middle schools in the Dabeela district in ELoued. This analysis focused on their situations and performance in written expression، with an emphasis on the relationship between developing presentation skills and improving their written expression. The study was characterized by practical interaction with the field reality. Through analysis and results، it was revealed that investing in presentation skills plays a crucial role in improving linguistic proficiency in written expression for fourth-grade middle school students. Based on these findings، practical recommendations were proposed to enhance students' learning of written expression and improve their performance in this field، thus contributing to the development of education and learning at the middle school level.
