Abstract

تناول هذا البحث جانب مهم من جوانب الدعوة إلى الله والمتمثل في أثر الفقه المقاصدي في الخطاب الدعوي . و قد حاول هذا البحث الاجابة عمى عدة اشكالات أبرزها : إلى أي مدى يساهم الفقه المقاصدي في ترشيد الخطاب الدعوي. ولوح هذا البحث في ختامه ببعض النتائج والتوصيات المتوصل إليها منها: أن الفقه المقاصدي أحد العوامل الرئيسة لضبط و تأصيل و فاعمية الخطاب الدعوي. تحت خطة قسمتها إلى مقدمة و ثلاث فصول و خاتمة.
