Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify relationship between the decision-making mechanisms in the organization and the level of satisfaction on the job performance, and this by answering the question:  Is there a relationship between the decision-making mechanisms in the organization and the level of satisfaction on the job performance? The reason for choosing this topic to try to dig deeper in it to illustrate the importance of decision-making in the organization and its relationship to good performance, The importance of this study indicated that the progress and development organizations or institutions and continuity depends mainly on the administrative leadership, which is planning and working to take the appropriate decisions. It was relying on the descriptive approach commensurate with the requirements of this study, was applied field study on a sample consisting of 35 single supervisors represented in the company Sonelgaz. The study concluded the following results:  no relationship between the decision and satisfaction on the job performance of the institution of supervisors Sonelgaz mechanisms.  there is a relationship between the availability of information for decision-making and decision-makers satisfaction.  There is no relationship between participation in decision-making and decision-makers satisfaction.  There are differences between the administrative and technical level of satisfaction in the job performance; as technical workers more satisfaction from administrators
