دور عناصر إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الثقافة التنظيمية في البنوك التجارية

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة عناصر إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الثقافة التنظيمية في مجموع من وكالات البنوك التجارية بولاية الوادي، حيث تم التطرق في الفصل الأول إلى الأدبيات النظرية المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة والدراسات السابقة التي لها علاقة بالموضوع، أما الفصل الثاني فكان مخصص للجانب التطبيقي الذي كان مدعما بالاستبيان الذي تم تصميمه كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد وزعت على عينة متكونة من 40 فرد (موظف)، واعتمدنا في تحليل ومعالجة البيانات على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي 21SPSS . توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج وكانت أهمها في وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين عناصر إدارة المعرفة والثقافة التنظيمية، وأن عنصر القوى البشرية يعتبر كأهم مؤثر في تحسين الثقافة التنظيمية، وأن عنصر التكنولوجيا هو أقل من يساهم في تحسين الثقافة التنظيمية ولذلك لطبيعة العلاقة بينها فهي علاقة ذات معنوية ضعيفة. "" This study aims to find out the extent to which the knowledge management elements contribute to improving the organizational culture in a group of commercial banking agencies in the state of El-Oued. It was supported by a questionnaire that was designed as a tool for collecting data, and it was distributed to a sample of 40 individuals (employees). In analyzing and processing the data, we adopted the statistical analysis program SPSSV21. The study reached several results, the most important of which was that there was a strong direct relationship between the elements of knowledge management and organizational culture, and that the human force component was considered the most important influence in improving the organizational culture, and that the technology component was the least contributing to the improvement of organizational culture and therefore the nature of the relationship between them is a moral relationship.
