دور السلطة الوطنية المستقلة في شفافية العملية الإنتخابية في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

"الملخص السلطة الوطنية المستقلة كجهة مسؤولة على العملية الإنتخابية تعتبر مؤشر رئيسي لقياس مدى شفافية الإنتخابات ،بإعتبارها مؤسسة دستورية أولها المشرع أهمية بالغة كونها نموذج للإدارة الإنتخابية المستقلة في التشريع الجزائري بموجب القانون العضوي 19/07 المحالة أحكامه ضمن القانون العضوي 21/01 المعدل والمتمم المتعلق بالإنتخابات . في دراستنا حاولنا تسليط الضوء على التنظيم القانوني للسلطة المستقلة وكذا المهام المسندة إليها كضمانة لشفافيىة العملية الإنتخابية ،فتوصلنا من خلالها إلى جملة من النتائج إليها والتوصيات التي في مجملها هي تقييم وتثمين للدور الفعال الدي تمارسه في تكريس الشفافية الإنتخابية وتجسيد الديمقراطية الدستورية في الجزائر. ""Abstract: The Independ National Authority as the body responsible for the transparency of the election,as a constitutiononal institution to which the legistator attaches greet Importance to being model for independent elctoral management in Algerian legislation under the oranic law 19/07 whoose provisions are referred to within the amended and supplemented organic law 21/01 related to elections . in our study about us shedding light on the legal organization of the independent authority as well as a guarantee of the transparency of the electoral process, To number of finding and recommendatation ,which in their entirety are anevaluation and appraisal of the effective role it plays in consolidating elctoral transparency and embodying costitutional democracy in Algeria .
