Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف عن "مساهمة البيئة المدرسية في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي"، انطلاقا من التساؤل العام الذي تمت صياغته كالآتي: ـ ما مدى مساهمة البيئة المدرسية في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا ويندرج تحت هذا التساؤل العام أسئلة فرعية كالآتي: 1ـ ما مدى مساهمة المعلم في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا؟ 2ـ ما مدى مساهمة طرائق التدريس في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا؟ 3ـ ما مدى مساهمة المحتوى المعرفي في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا؟ 4ـ ما مدى مساهمة البيئة المادية الفيزيقية في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا؟ لقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ولجمع البيانات من الميدان تم تطبيق أداتي الاستبيان التي تضمنت 32 بندا توزعت على أربعة محاور تم توزيعها على مجتمع دراسة حجمه 100 مفردة من تلاميذ الطور الثانوي لبلدية جامعة لسنة 2018- 2019، كما اعتمدنا على أداة المقابلة وتم فيها مقابلة مع مدراء ثانويات جامعة. أسفرت هذه الدراسة على نتائج هامة نذكر منها: ـ تساهم البيئة المدرسية في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا بدرجة متوسطة. ـ يساهم المعلم في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا بدرجة مرتفعة. ـ تساهم طرائق التدريس في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا بدرجة مرتفعة. ـ يساهم المحتوى المعرفي في التفوق الدراسي للتلاميذ بدرجة متوسطة. ـ تساهم البيئة المادية الفيزيقية في تفوق التلاميذ دراسيا بدرجة متوسطة.

StudySummary: The aim of this study is to learn about the contribution of the school environment to the superiority of students in secondary school students, based on the general question that was formulated as follows: What is the extent of the contribution of the school environment to the academic excellence of pupils and falls under this general question sub-questions as follows: 1. What is the extent to which the teacher contributes to students' academic excellence? 2. What is the extent to which teaching methods contribute to students' academic excellence? 3. What is the extent to which knowledge content contributes to students' academic excellence? 4. How much physical environment contributes to students' academic excellence? The questionnaire was based on a descriptive approach. In order to collect the data from the field, the questionnaire tools were implemented. The questionnaire included 32 items divided into four axes that were distributed to a study society of 100 secondary school students for 2018-2019 This study resulted in important results, including : • The school environment contributes to the academic excellence of students. • The teacher contributes to the students' academic superiority to a high degree. • Teaching methods contribute significantly to students' academic excellence. • Cognitive content contributes to the academic excellence of students in a medium degree. • Physical environment contributes to students' academic excellence.
