الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي

Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف على مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ولاية الوادي، الى جانب التعرف على الفروق في مستوى الضغوط النفسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس والخبرة المهنية، ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم اجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (105) أستاذ وأستاذة وتم اختيارهم عشوائيا. وباستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في مقياس الضغوط النفسية، وتم معالجة فرضيات الدراسة بالأساليب الاحصائية التالية: اختبار"ت" و اختبار "كا2" واختبار ""F لتحليل التباين الأحادي، وكانت النتائج المتوصل اليها كالتالي: *لايوجد اختلاف حقيقي بين مستويات الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. * لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة ( ) بين الذكور والإناث من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية. *لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة ( ) بين مراحل الأقدمية في الوظيفة (أقل من10سنوات/من10إلى20سنة/اكثر من20سنة) لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية.

The current study aimed to reveal of the level of psychological stress among teachers of primary education in El-oued State، in addition to identifying the differences in the level of psychlogical stress according to the gender variable and professional exprience، and the study relied on the descriptive approach، where the study relied on a sample of (105) professors and professors.They were chosen at random. Using the data collection tools represented by the psychological stress scale، the hypotheses study were treated using the following statistical methods : " T" test، "chi2 scal"e test، and "F" test for one-way analysis of variance، and the results were as follows: *There is no real difference between the levels of psychological stress among primary scale teachers. *There are no statistically significance levels (a≤0.05) between male and female primary education teachers on the psychological stress scale. *There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (u≤0.05) between the stages of seniority in the job (less than 10 years/from 10 to 20 years/more than 20 years) among primary education teachers on the psychological stress scale
