الحرية في القرآن الكريم دراسة موضوعية - حرية الدرأة أنموذجا-

Abstract

هذه الدراسة التي بين أيدينا بعنوان: الحرية في القرآن الكريم حرية المرأة أنموذجا احتوت على مقدمة, وثلاثة مباحث, خاتمة و فهارس أما المقدمة فتناولت فيها : أهمية الموضوع ,أسباب اختياره الأهداف المنشودة منه , والمنهج و الطريقة المتبعة فيه, بالإضافة إلى بعض الدراسات السابقة وختمتها بخطة البحث, المبحث الأول : ذكرت فيه بعض معاني الحرية ونشأتها عبر التاريخ ومفهوم الحرية في القرآن الكريم,المبحث الثاني:تعرضت فيه الى أنواع الحرية حيث قسمتها الى الحرية المتعلقة بالفرد من الناحية المعنوية والمادية, ثم ألقيت الضوء عن بعض ضوابط الحرية,المبحث الثالث: كان الحديث فيه عن حرية المرأة تعرضت إلى جوانب من أحوال المرأة الشخصية و أحوالها مع الغيرختمتها ببعض النتائج و التوصيات ثم الفهارس العامة This study, entitled: Freedom in the Koran Freedom of women - a model- Contained: introduction, three sections, conclusion and Indexes At the introduction, we deal with: the importance of the theme, the reasons of its choice, desired goals, the methodology and the way used, in addition to some previous studies, Finally the plan of the research First topic :I mentioned some of the meanings of freedom and its appearance through history And the concept of freedom in the Holy Quran Second topic :I exposed the kinds of freedom which I divided into freedom Relating to the individual from the moral and physical ways, and then I focused on some Freedom regulations Third topic :The talk was about the freedom of women, where I exposed some aspects of The personal status of women and their situations with others I concluded them with some findings and recommendations, and general
