dc.description.abstractإن المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية البيئية كفاعل دولي جديد، أثبتت عبر جميع مراحل تكونها وبحكم خبرتها، أن حماية حقوق الإنسان عامة وحماية البيئة الدولية بصفة خاصة يتطلب تعاونا دوليا وثيقا، بدءا من تشخيص المصادر التي تهدد هذه الحقوق إلى غاية صياغة الاتفاقيات الدولية البيئية التي تكفل حمايتها وترقيتها ثم متابعة مدى احترام المجتمع الدولي لها.en_US
