Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمات التعليم الابتدائي, ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في الضغوط النفسية تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية وعدد سنوات الخبرة, أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها (70) معلمة من مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي تم اختيارهم قصديا من بعض مدارس بلدية قمار(ولاية الوادي) خلال السنة الدراسية(2020-2021), طبقت عليهم أداة واحدة تم تبنيها وهي مقياس الضغوط النفسية, كما تمت الاستعانة ببعض الأساليب الإحصائية للوصول إلى نتائج صحيحة كالنسب المئوية واختبار الفروق(ت) والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية, وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمات التعليم الابتدائي مرتفع بنسبة(46%). - ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمات التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. - ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمات التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة.

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية The current study aims to reveal the level of psychological stress among primary education teachers, and to find out whether there are differences in psychological stress due to social status and the number of years of experience. The municipality of gummar (WadiSouf) during the school year (2020-2021), one adopted tool was applied to them, which is the psychological stress scale, and some statistical methods were used to reach correct results such as percentages, differences test (T), arithmetic averages and standard deviations, and the results were reached The study concluded: - The level of psychological stress among female primary education teachers is high by (46%). - There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among female primary education teachers due to the variable of social status. - There are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress among primary education teachers due to the variable number of years of experience 1.
