Abstract
The study of the issue of Professional identity and job performance at work is
of great importance, given the role it plays in institutions achieving their goals,
and achieving effectiveness in success and management
Accordingly, the study aimed to answer the following question :
Is there a relationship between professional identity and job performance in the
municipalty of Djamàa ?
Which includes the following sub- questions :
Is there a correlation between the representation of workers and their job
performance in the municipality of Djamàa ?
Is there a correlation between labor professional experiences and their job
performance in the municipality of Djamàa ?
A field study was conducted in the municipality of Djamàa, and we
followed the descriptive approach, and with regard to collecting data from the
field, a questionnaire was built that includes 36 items, which was applied to a
simple random sample of 74 workers during the period from May 26 to 27
,2021.
This study yielded important results, which we list as follows :
There is a correlation between the representations of workers and their job
performance in the municipality of Djamàa.
