Abstract

لا شكَّ أنَّ الفتاوى الهوائيَّةَ قد قَدَّمَتْ خيرًا كثيرًا للأمَّة، لا يُمْكِنُ لأحدٍ أن ينكرَهُ، إلَّا أنَّهُ مع ذاك الخيرِ الكثيرِ قد لُوحِظَتْ عليها مآخِذُ متعدِّدَةٌ، لا بُدَّ من الوقوفِ عندها؛ من بابِ النقدِ البنَّاءِ، حتَّى نصلَ بذلك إلى وصفِ الحلولِ العمليَّةِ المناسبةِ، وإعطاءِ التوصياتِ اللازمةِ، لترشيدِ أدائِها، وتحسينِ عملِها، ويأتي هذا البحثُ لِيُسْهِمَ بشيءٍ في ذلك. There is no doubt that the audiovisual Fatwa «authoritative legal opinion» has offered many advantages to the nation. No one can deny it. Anyway, it might lead to some misunderstandings. Despite those misunderstandings, many flaws have been noticed and should be acquainted with by means of constructive criticism. They should be taken into account in order to find suitable practical solutions and to give essential recommendations to improve Fatwas’s performance. This research will be of benefit to anyone with interest in this field.
