أثر إدارة المعرفة على دعم الابداع التنظيمي

Abstract

"ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر إدارة المعرفة على دعم الإبداع التنظيمي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وبقاء ونمو المؤسسات ومحاولة الرفع من فعاليتها وأدائها في ظل التحديات الكبيرة التي تواجهها ، حيث تبرز أهمية إدارة المعرفة من خلال إضافة قيمة للمؤسسة وخلق ميزة تنافسية وجعل المؤسسة أكثر مرونة ، واعتماد أشكال التنسيق والتصميم والهيكلة . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة، موزعة على بنك الجزائر الخارجي، وقد تم استرجاع 31 استمارة قابلة للتحليل، وقد تم التحليل باستخدام برنامج spss . وأظهرت الدراسة أنه لا يمكن الاستغناء عن إدارة المعرفة في المنظمات المعاصرة لأن الإبداع التنظيمي يعتمد على إدارة ناجحة للمعرفة .""Résumé :

This study aimed to highlight the impact of knowledge management on supporting organizational creativity، survival and growth institutions and trying to raise their effectiveness and performance in light of the great challenges they face، where the importance of Knowledge management by adding value to the organization، creating a competitive advantage، making the organization more flexible، and adopting Forms of coordination، design and structuring. This study attempts to answer the following question: What is the impact of knowledge management on supporting organizational creativity، and we have adopted the descriptive analytical method in our measurement. The study showed that knowledge management cannot be dispensed with in contemporary organizations because organizational creativity depends on successful knowledge management.."
